Monday Mood

 How we handle pain and confusion largely dictates who our future self becomes. If you allow the pain of life to swallow you, then your primary goals become to numb yourself  through addictions and distractions because your unwilling to face and transform those emotions.  

Who will win?

 When I notice I lack motivation or desire for something I know I need to do. I write out two scenarios. One list is how my lazy and selfish inaction will affect the life later. The other list is how my discipline actions would affect the future if I excuse the well.

Your too good

 Be polite, Smile. Don't lie. Take turns. Help each other. Share. Play fairly. Keep your cool. Be patient. Don't steal. Be merciful. Do no harm. Be a team player. Don't overreact. Work hard, Pull your weight. Stop complaining. Clean up after yourself. Don't spend more money than you make. Don't hate. Don't gossip. Don't be nosy. Respect people space.

Relationship

  Helping others in their journey is what will help you create genuine relationships. Gather information in your circle of acquaintances, and use the ask method to amplify relationships. Using the RASA method can help you become a better listener.

Figure out

  Prioritize your activities and give your most precious resources to the most important things on your list. Train your mind and body to adopt healthier habits and automate them throughout your day. Give yourself time to be curious, creative and explore areas outside your usual environment.
