  Emotional intelligence rests on self-awareness and self-regulation. A high EQ makes you healthier and more successful. You can boost your EQ by mirroring other people’s body language and thinking optimistically.

It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or how much trauma you’ve experienced, you can always come out stronger. Instead of believing in overnight success, work hard and push yourself to be your best self.  Take advantage of the 40% rule to become the master of your mind and achieve more than you thought possible.

 You must discipline yourself to treat technology as a servant, not as a master. The purpose of technology is to make your life smoother and easier, not to create complexity, confusion and stress.

  There is nothing bad about making mistakes. You are human. Human makes mistakes. Stop feeling like a bad or useless person simply because you make mistakes every now and then .   Did you ever know somebody who had difficulties admitting their mistakes? Maybe they made up excuses and justification-or-even worse-blamed someone else for their mistakes? How did it make you feel? Did it build trust with with this person? Did it make you wanted to get to know them better and spend more time with them? I don't think so!

Today is the Saturday and for many people this day is the weekend or enjoyment day for them, many of them go to parties, night outs, enjoy with friends family etc. But for me the weekend means upgrading my skills to improve in my empire.
