  Helping others in their journey is what will help you create genuine relationships. Gather information in your circle of acquaintances, and use the ask method to amplify relationships. Using the RASA method can help you become a better listener.

Figure out

  Prioritize your activities and give your most precious resources to the most important things on your list. Train your mind and body to adopt healthier habits and automate them throughout your day. Give yourself time to be curious, creative and explore areas outside your usual environment.

Here are 3 lessons about what emotional intelligence is, why it’s so important and how you can get more of it:

  Emotional intelligence rests on self-awareness and self-regulation. A high EQ makes you healthier and more successful. You can boost your EQ by mirroring other people’s body language and thinking optimistically.

These are the 3 most impactful lessons I’ve learned:

It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or how much trauma you’ve experienced, you can always come out stronger. Instead of believing in overnight success, work hard and push yourself to be your best self.  Take advantage of the 40% rule to become the master of your mind and achieve more than you thought possible.

Technology is a Wonderful Servant

 You must discipline yourself to treat technology as a servant, not as a master. The purpose of technology is to make your life smoother and easier, not to create complexity, confusion and stress.

The Richest Businessmen

 In 1923 a group of our greatest leaders and richest businessmen held a meeting at the Edgewater Beach hotel in Chicago. Among them were Charles Schwab, head of the largest independent steel company; Samuel Insull, president of the world’s largest utility; Howard Hopson, head of the largest gas company; Ivar Kreuger, president of International Match Co., one of the world’s largest companies at that time; Leon Frazier, president of the Bank of International Settlements; Richard Whitney, president of the New York Stock Exchange; Arthur Cotton and Jesse Livermore, two of the biggest stock speculators; and Albert Fall, a member of President Harding’s cabinet. Twenty-five years later, nine of these titans ended their lives as follows: Schwab died penniless after living for five years on borrowed money.
